These terms apply when you use PaisaPick: this website, including its search, product pages, compare tool and AI features. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

PaisaPick is a deals and price-comparison website for shoppers in India. We list products and deals from Amazon.in and Flipkart, show the price we last recorded with the time we checked it, and link to the retailer.

We are not a shop. We don't sell products, take orders or payments, or handle delivery, returns, refunds or warranties. When you buy, you buy from the retailer under the retailer's own terms, and questions about an order, payment or delivery go to that retailer.

There are no shopper accounts: you can use the whole site without signing up or telling us who you are.

Every price is shown exactly as we last recorded it, with the retailer and an “as of” time in Indian Standard Time. Prices, offers and stock change often, so we can't promise that a price is still current when you see it.

The retailer decides the final price. The price and availability shown on the retailer's site when you buy are the ones that apply, together with any delivery or other charges the retailer shows at checkout.

Bank, card, EMI, coupon and membership offers are listed separately, with their conditions, and are never included in the headline price. Whether an offer applies to you is decided by the retailer or the offer provider.

Labels such as “Price may be outdated”, “Last check failed” and “Deal expired” tell you when our information may be old. Our price verdicts, such as “Lowest price recorded since <date>”, describe only the prices we recorded ourselves. They are not claims about other sellers or the whole market. What the labels mean.

If you spot a wrong price or listing, please tell us.

Many of our links to retailers are affiliate links: if you buy after following one, the retailer may pay us a commission. It doesn't change the price you pay, and commissions never decide which deals we list or how we order them. The details are in our affiliate disclosure.

PaisaPick is an independent website. It is not run, sponsored or endorsed by Amazon or Flipkart.

• AI answers are general shopping information. They are not professional, financial or legal advice, and not a promise about any product.
• The product cards, prices and offer details shown with an answer come from our database with their check time. Where an answer's wording and those details differ, rely on the details.
• Please don't type personal details (such as phone numbers, email addresses, or card, Aadhaar or PAN numbers) into the AI features. Our privacy notice explains how your questions are processed.
• We may limit how much the AI features can be used, change them or switch them off at any time. Search and filters work without them.

When you use PaisaPick, please don't:

• copy our listings in bulk, or access the site with bots, scrapers or other automated tools (search engines that follow our robots rules are welcome);
• try to get around usage limits, overload the site, or interfere with its security or with other people's use of it;
• use the AI features to produce unlawful, abusive or misleading content, or try to make them ignore their instructions;
• enter other people's personal information into the site;
• use our content to mislead people about a product, price or offer.

We may block access that breaks these rules.

Product names, images, descriptions and specifications come from the retailers or our other sources and belong to their owners. Amazon, Amazon.in, Flipkart and other brand names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to identify the retailers and products. The site's own text, design and code belong to PaisaPick.

We work to keep our information accurate, but the site is provided “as is”. We don't guarantee that every price, offer, specification or AI answer is correct, complete or current, or that the site will always be available.

To the extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for losses that come from relying on the site instead of checking with the retailer, or for a retailer's products, prices, delivery or service.

We may change the site and these terms. When the terms change, we update the date at the top of this page. If you keep using the site after a change, the updated terms apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in India have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
